Return Policy


We accept return of items due to defect or damage when returned or reported within 7 days from date of receipt.  You may initiate a return request here or contact us at katinteriors.net 

Please take note of return eligibility before you request return: 

  • Item is in its original, undamaged form.
  • Item is still in disassembled state and in its original box or packaging unless purchased fully assembled.

Return Exceptions: 

  • Items that have been assembled or installed
  • Items without original packaging or not in original condition
  • Sale items
  • Light bulbs

Return of Damaged Products: 

Lighting fixtures are fragile items and may sometimes be damaged in shipping.  That is why we ask you to inspect all items individually once they arrive so that damage claims can be made immediately.  If your item/s arrive with damage or missing parts, you must notify us within 3 days from receipt of your item/s.  We will arrange for a prompt replacement of the item and ship them free of charge.  We will also request return of the original container of the item and photos of damage/s found. 

Return of Defective Product/s:

Defective good are items with factory defects, missing parts or other problems originating prior to shipment and are handled differently.  We coordinate closely with our suppliers to ensure quality products but sometimes defects can unavoidably occur.  We will certainly resolve this matter with you but you must report any product defect within 7 days from receipt of your order.

Refunds

When applicable, such as when conditions for return and cancellation are met, we will notify you of the refund process, whether the request has been approved or not. 

When approved, we will credit your bank account or credit card or Gcash the amount to be refunded.  Please note, for credit card purchases, credit card charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
